However, a land invasion calculation estimated over 1M U.S. military lives would be lost. The price of war is always high. May we always remember those who gave all they had...their lives. Hiroshima

The world would soon be changed forever. I'm forever thankful and indebted for those who served and especially those brave sailors aboard the USS Indianapolis which delivered the components that would ultimately lead to the end of WWII. May the world never have to experience such an event again. Heart warming story as told today: From an eye witness account-
