I have many projects that I made years ago. Some had outstanding grain features. The years have darkened them and some are barely visible now. I don't want to do a lot of work to find out that the darkness has gone thru the entire piece. DOES THE DARKEN GRAIN GO THRU THE ENTIRE WIDTH OF THE PIECE?

Maybe this should be in the "Free for all" But it is made of wood. Our fence between homes is 5 ft high. My wife is short and can not reach far enough to pet our neighbors Bloodhound. So she turned a flower pot over and stood on it..........till it collapsed. So she wanted a step that would be strong. I made one with 4"x4" legs screwed to the fence. If this one falls......so will the fence

As you know by now, I have a weird mind that travels outside the norm. I got an idea for a back scratcher, maybe you could call it an Adams family scratcher. It was fun and it goes to my grandkids, who will get a kick out of it.
