This is one of the Dream Catchers Done to Shed a light on the Statistic that on "Average 22 Veterans Commit Suicide every Day, That's a frightening number of people that chose "To take a long walk off a short pier." Here at the Hines V A Hospital they asked artistic people to do art works that would show to anyone looking at it that there is a solution available to them The Veterans Crisis Line 1-800-273-8255 Press 1.
This is a Veterans ONLY help line it goes to a dedicated call center staffed by both Veterans as well as Mental Health Professionals.
The Art fair is on Sept. 24,2015 and these are being Submitted With the total of 22 Dream Catchers submitted by HHV.ORG.
I and My Cohort in Crime Greg Hopper have done these Dream Catchers and are also designing 2 Special items to help bring Light to this Plight. I will submit photos of both completed items after the Art Fair is over.
