This is a PSI BS1 Chrome Plated Bottle Stopper.   Red Oak Bottle Stopper Blank from Woodturningz.  Blank finished with six coats of MinWax Gloss Wipe-On Poly Finish - one coat per day.  I took the pictures without flash because I was getting too much glare from the chrome plate and from the wood finish also.   Without the flash it doesn't show as well as the real thiing.  I  actually like the way the Red Oak turned out.  The grain is rather spectacular "in the flesh".
