Did this few months ago and put it at camp. Medium is all pine stained different for contrast. Lettering done by routing with a v bit. Edges hand carved on the scroll. Finished with clear satin.

Thank you! It was a cool little project in which I had a few scraps laying around. I seen the eagle head in a pattern book and I decided to put a backer with a banner to go with it. All and all it turned out decent and a great way to use up scrap.
