Typically I'll collect and mill / plane / scrape pieces until components are collected for several assemblies. Then lay out the table the night before. Tidy piles of parts. Glue. Clamps. Scrapers & chisels. Come first light, with hot fresh coffee, work until I'm out of clamps.
After hearing my priorities are skewed, I reflected to resolution. And ordered more clamps.
