Cherry needle case

A Cherry sewing needle case that I created last year. It is just an image showing what they generally look like. The ones that were ordered this week will have bigger holes for the needles to fit in.

They are completely made of wood and polished with either EEE ultra shine, or bees wax or both after being sanded to 600 grit

This is the same case as above only it's open. the hole again is 7mm with about 2 mm thick tenon.

That's neat, Charles! How do you hod the piece when drilling the hole?

I do that with my 4 jaw utility chuck. I start with a piece that is about 8 inches long and leave part of it square so that hte chuck can grip it.
