Knob Making Jig

The first knob jig I made was based on a YouTube video. The problem with its design was that you had to cut the square blank for the knob the same size every time. So I modified the jig to be more versatile.

By sliding the bar under the knob on the jig I can make knobs from 1" to 3" in diameter. I found out

by trial and several errors that plywood does not make very good knobs. The hole saw that cuts the corners off the square blank is 3/4".
