
This is a tribute to the 1177 Sailors and Marines that lost their lives on 7 Dec 1941 in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor Territory of Hawaii when their ship was blown up by an aerial bomb which penetrated the decks and detonated in the Powder Magazine.
I am sorry that it is not completely made of wood but the base that it rest on is.
However I submit it here for your consideration.
It is a 1:92 scale model of the Memorial constructed of .250 white acrylic it is entirely handmade and took over 350 Man hours too complete.to see the complete album follow this link.
