This was a copper colored model kit which I assembled and then painted.
I used 7-8 different shades of green acrylic paint to add a realistic color to it.
It was also a entrant in the 2015 V A Art Fair here at the Hines V A Hospital and won 1st Place in it's category, Model kits.
Though I have only seen photo's of the real statue I hope that I have done justice to it.
For all those "that gave that gave their last full measure"
