So here I am.

I'm guessing that the reason he thought I might like this site is because I lean so far right that I get water in left ear when it rains.

I just started collecting hand planes and I'm planning on restoring the ones that need restoring.  I'm going to wait until I learn a bit more about restoring planes before I start doing something that I might regret.

Welcome to the "Right Side" of the woodworking forums where friendly woodworkers support our country and those who serve and served in our armed forces. It is nice to have you here and know that you will find some nice folks here. We got a number of folks who do plane restoration so you will get plenty of information and support there.

I fell in love with that picture when I first saw it.  So I thought I would share it.

So, could someone post some links to the hot hand plain threads?  I have a hard time navigating on unfamiliar forum formats.

Usually they can be found in the hand tool forum.  Top of page where it says forums, list will drop down it you place the curser on it.   Click on Hand tools.   Should be a few, including a few of mine.
