February 3, 201313 yr Here is a picture of a wooden hinge I made. Basicly a box joint with a hole drilled through it and the corners rounded over until you get the amount of swing you want. I used it on a small dovetail box I made. Needs some more sanding and at least one more coat of stain. I tried a General Finishes gel stain; not sure what I think of it yet.
