I am a retired postmaster from a small village in N. WI and I received my first hammer saw ans square when I was 3 years old, but did'nt make much more than a mess until about 10.  I did carpenter work a few years, built our first house, and now retired and doing full time furniture, working with local hardwood lumber that I have sawn locally by friends.
