March 13, 201313 yr Hi everyone Been a while since I've had anything to post but here is a small commissioned project that I am working on. This is a wedding keepsake box made from cherry and measures 6" x 8" x 4". The client sent me a photo of the floral arrangement and I did the layout and design for the top of the box. All cut using a 3/0 skip tooth blade. 136 pieces from 8 woods; Background - Tiger Maple,scroll-Holly, dark leaves-Lignum Vitae, light leaves-Palo Santos, flowers-Purpleheart, pots-Pernambuco, stems-Peruvian Walnut, Letters-Ebony-- Fun stuff!!
