March 16, 201313 yr Author comment_15666 I'll pass on the furniture.I've seen miniature hand made furniture some of it real nice but I don't have any je ne sais quoi for that. You know how when a project gets too long in the tooth you get sick and tire of seeing it?This one was stick built like a real house is. I made miniature studs and joists and sills and top plates and roofing rafters and collar ties and all that crud. Every thing was exactly like a real building. Then the whole thing s was hand assembles painstakingly. SWMBA helped with much of the framing stick work. But then her schedule took her away so I saw her less and less and I had to finish it myself; not what I signed on for, but hey it's a SWIMBA, right?    I had to design the lighting and I didn't know nuthin' about electronics how to power LEDS convert AC to DC in the right configuration  spec the power supply to the load attenuate the power for the LED strings yadda yadda, I even designed & built four lighting fixtures and figured how to combine incandescent and LED in the same power grid. The whole building has real wiring not that tape stuff. Tape is notorious for failing. There was a reason I made such a project of it. I wanted a thing we could do together and she asked me if I'd help her build the thing in the first place. SooooooooooooAt some point in all of this I got sick and tired of doing that thing and NOW IT IS DONE~!!!!  Yipee~!!!Well almost. Report
