March 24, 201313 yr Hey all, I thought I would share a little info. A little --- Did You Know --- The router lift, yes that amazing device attached to your router table that has taken the agony of reaching under the bench to adjust your router height; was Invented by a NEWFOUNDLANDER. If you have ever heard the name JessEm - This stands for "Jessica Emily" Jessica and Emily are the daughters of Darrin Smith (Inventor) of the first ever router lift. Being Newfoundlanders we take great pride in owning a JessEm Excel II. It may just be one of the most beautiful tools in our workshop. Beauty is not everything. It's like a fine Lady. She can be beautiful but if she doesn't have the personality, her beauty soon fades. With JessEm, the beauty holds true. It's a tool we can turn to time and again for dependability, reliability, and ease of use. Just so you know. We love our JessEm table and lift  Michael and Matthew Agate (Newfoundland Canada)

March 24, 201313 yr Author Awesome. Ours is currently holding the Hitachi M12VC - It really is a fantastic little router. We also have a Milwaukee 5625-20 which is a beast! and the the Freud  FT2200VCE which we use for free hand routing. The Miwaukee is in a homemade table.Gene Howe said:Mine is the RL-Pro. 10 years old and works like it did on the first day it was installed. March 24, 201313 yr I've called them a couple times over the years to order other items. The same lady always answers and takes the order. She sure is nice. Wonder if she's "Jess" or "Em"? Whomever she is, she's a definite asset!Gene'The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.' G. K. Chesterton
