April 16, 201313 yr  Ok, some out there use things with a power cord sticking out of it to cut these.  Might even make a jig or two.  However, in less than the time it would take to adjust a jig, or set up the table saw. I can "knock out" two of these, including moving the board end for end on the bench.  I just lay out the waste on each endIncluding a line to show how far down to handsaw toJust make sure it is level when I'm down to the lines.  Next, just a sharp chisel and a dull malletBevel up, come in from the side towards the saw kerf.   Pops the waste right off.  Use the same chisel to "pare" down to the lines.  Nice and smooth?  Rotate the board, and repeat.  Elasped time?  15 minutes for the set. Note; it does help to have two clamps on the board, won't try to run away, that way... Planer? I'm the 'planer', and these are what I use...
