May 10, 201313 yr Author Fred, since you're a faithful member here you have my permission to steal the design that I stole from someone else lol. The ones I saw didn't have a finish on them, but I felt since they would be around moisture they needed something, so I used mineral oil and beeswax, commonly refered to as wood butter. I use it on all my toys and it seems to last longer than plain minereal oil.
