A Marines Humor,

Humor that only a fellow Marine could get away with!

We have a dear friend of ours who is a Land Surveyor like me. He has been performing the survey work for SGT Fanene's Property, you can read all about SGT Fanene at the link.

My buddy attended the Ground Breaking Ceremony here locally for the SGT and his families home. My buddy is an ex Marine, still a Marine, you can just tell. Great guy. And he has given a ton of time and resources from his land surveying business to help acquire, site plan, grading plan, and construction survey services for SGT Fanene's property.

While at the ground breaking ceremony the SGT and my buddy were talking, and the SGT asked my friend, "You know, Homes For Our Troops found a beautiful piece of land for us here in this neighborhood, would you have any idea what it would cost to purchase this property?" and my Marine friend, with his quick wit replied, "Yeah, it'd cost you an arm and a leg!"

SGT Fanene and my buddy rolled in laughter! Like I said, humor only a Marine to a Marine could get away with!

Life gives us lemons, what do you do?

If you live in Riverside County CA, and need surveying services, look up my humorous friend at Bainum Land Surveying. He's in the phone book.
