July 12, 201313 yr Challenge coin display I'm working on for a friend. It'll hold a gross when done. Each shelf has to rows. The idea is he will put five or six in the back row spaced wide and the more meaningful ones in the front rows. He is not sure how many he has. But over 90. The back will have bead board and the rest is made of Maple. Good, Better, Best never let it rest Till your Good is Better and your Better is Best.

July 12, 201313 yr Author Hand tools all the way John. I used a Stanley 45 to cut the grooves for the coins. Cut the rebates in the back for the bead board with an old wooden skewed rebate plane. Cut the groves for the shelves with a Spear and Jackson back saw then chiseled out the waste. The guy wants to pay me but to me he paid up front with his service to our country.
