August 3, 201312 yr Bear with me a bit here.  I am on a dial-up systems for a few days.    Life does go on with out the internet?  Had some siding boards milled down and glued up for a table topall trimmed up nice an almost square on each end.   you have seen the way I do legs?well, on these legs, the outside corners were rounded over with that thing sitting there. Then some sandpaper into the vise to hold each leg, whilest I planed each face smoothSee the sand paper sticking up there?  You can just make out the round over corner, as well.   Then some aprons were made up, a few clamps scrounged upCorner blocks were cut on the "Mitre saw"Just seemed to fit in with the rest of the "Tool kit" I was usingThat big old chisel was used as a "slick" to pare all the tenons to size.  Anyhoo, got the base done, added it to the top, and gave it all a coat of poly with a hint of smelly BLO in itOne screw in each corner block holds the top in place, ( note to self: NEED WASHERS under the screw heads) So, finally a look at this small table, inside my "large shop"(HATE dial up)While the finish was drying, went out and moved the grass... Planer? I'm the 'planer', and these are what I use...

August 4, 201312 yr Steve, great job sir. Hand made to the end buddy. Your determination is inspirational Steve, no matter where you are at in life, you keep on keepin on making sawdust with whatever you have and however you can do it. I am convinced if you stranded Steve on an island with zero tools on hand, he'd find a way to cut that coconut tree down and shave an end table out of it. Classic example of a woodworker at heart, no matter where he is. Thanks for sharing Steve! John MorrisThe Patriot Woodworker
