Hello All, I just signed up today and thought I would jump right in and post a couple of my latest cuttings. I mostly work on portraits and design my own patterns.

Great job Don and welcome to the Patriot Woodworker

I had a feeling seeing some of your work would be interesting.  Very creative and your design was spot on.  Nice work.

Welcome aboard Don!  Great looking work!  You have a really nice pair of websites, I really enjoyed the walking sticks site. I use Weebly also, I've cobbled together a site that at least lets people see design features of what I do. http://dakotaheirloomwoodworking.weebly.com/

Cheers!

Don, nice work sir. I also helped ya get the others up as well.

I too love the D-Day, they are very cool, but the D-Day holds a special place in my heart, great work.

It always amazes me what a few strategically placed cuts can do to project the image desired. You do a special talented job of accomplishing this. Thanks for sharing and welcome aboard the forums.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and the nice comments about my work. For those interested, I have uploaded a few more pics in the "My Photos" section. I will post more as I take decent photos.

John, The "baby boy" actually is our third Great-Granddaughter aged about 6 months. We have two other great -granddaughters (twins).

Thanks again
