My name is Lissa I am from North Carolina. I started learning scroll saw stuff and intarsia about 2 years ago from my Uncle. but I have made  other odds and ends for a charity organization called paws4vets. It is nice to be here and love all the neat things I am seeing.

Welcome to TPW Lissa!

Glad to have you aboard.

Welcome to The Patriot Woodworker Lissa. Always glad when folks will introduce themselves. Jump in and post some of the projects you are working on or have already made. Tell us a little about them. We even like to see the "in progress" pictures.

Lissa - welcome to the wonderful world of Patriot Woodworkers.  Lots of great folks here.  Personally, I'm glad to have another scroller in our midst.  Share some photos of  your work - we'd love to see them.

Lissa, it's great to have you here, and we are happy you joined us. I am familiar with Paws4Vets, what a great organization!!!!!!

I'd like to get some more information on that organization on your involvement with it. If you'd care to disclose it here for all to see that would be wonderful! And thanks again for coming aboard Lissa!

Welcome Lissa, Glad to have you with us. Looking forward to seeing some of your work :) The Paws4Vets program sounds interesting, I have always been a dog lover myself. I know that they can bring a lot of comfort to all our vets as well as be working dogs if needed. I myself am not a vet as I was born disabled, but I have been around dogs most of my life and know what they have done for me too.

John I know we have discussed some things quite a bit. I am not sure if you are asking me to share my story and how i came to paws4vets or what they do? and where would I post it? under here? But all in all I am glad for the invite. I am enjoying all the things I am seeing. Problem is I want to try it all. lol

Sure Lisa, share with the folks your involvement with Paws4Vets here! I know to some extent what you do for that great organization, but only I have been fortunate to know what you do through our personal communications, so share away with the rest of the gang right here in this discussion!!!!! Thanks Lissa!!!!!
