I would be interested in having this Replica of a Vintage 1910 Stanley sign made with Intarsia to hang in my shop.

So is this something that could be done? If so anyone interested in doing it? I can send you a paper copy of the sign if that helps.

ning-img-0686-9927-53.jpgJust the sign, not the two planes sitting in front of it, well unless you wanted to make something with that. I'm open

John

Yes it can be done. The sign and the planes are doable. How big is the whole thing ?

send me a copy also. If nothing else should be a fun and interesting project. Thanks. You have my e mail address. That is as long as you don't mind some stain and washed out paint involved. I should have enough natural wood for it. Except for the shadows.

Will do Wayne. I did miss quote the measurements. It is 9" high and 17" long so it is just small in height than a 11x17 sheet of paper.

Thanks

I see I got in on this discussion a little late.  I'm not much into Intarsia but would like to give a try using segmentation.  Send me a copy also, John, and I'll give it a go.  Like Wayne said, it would certainly be an interesting project.

11 x 17 is fine. Looking forward to seeing the picture, then testing your patience, LOL.
