If you come to Gettysburg...

there's a permanent flea market about 10 miles west of there. I usually try to pick up an old tool for a friend's birthday each year.

Here's just a few of the hand planes they have there. Sorry about the pix quality- I can barely make and receive calls on the cell phone much less use the camera.

I saw prices anywhere from $20 to over $200

I forgot to take a picture of the table full of hand saws for Steve Newman. They were piled 4 or 5 deep and the table was at least 5' long.

Oh my word, I am not sure my wife would turn me loose in there. You know I have this problem and when I hear them calling, I have a hard time walking away.

I got to find a way to Gettysburg!

I told the wife about your post, Lew.

We were in Gettysburg, at the battle ground site, a few years ago. I told her that I wished I'd known about that place. She said she was glad I didn't.

Super Grit is just a couple of minutes North of Gettysburg. This place is about 15 miles West of Gettysburg. There are several more antique places between here and the battlefield.
