Get a sneak peek at the magazine and stay tuned for everything coming up! Sneak Peek 2012 Warrior Games The upcoming "Patriot" magazine will feature paralympian Navy Lt. Brad Snyder. Get a sneak peek below. "My mom, sister and brother all benefitted from Hero Miles and Fisher House," Brad said. "It allowed my family to participate in my recovery. I learned braille with my sister. That was important because for myself, adapting to blindness isn't so difficult. I have no choice. I live it. The next best thing is to have my family there with me while I'm learning. It's brought us together in a big way."   Lt. In Ramstein, Germany a group put on the "Galactic Showdown" where kids and adults alike got to shoot nerf guns at the bad guys of "Star Wars." Galactic Showdown The event raised almost $6,000 for the two Fisher Houses in Landstuhl, Germany.  It's Running Season! Every year hundreds of runners and volunteers gather in Dayton, Ohio and Washington, DC to become "Champions for Military Families."
