September 10, 201312 yr Got a drill press table stable started that I needed for the Jewelry chests I started. Got the tow mower out of mothballs and running only to find that the throttle cable went awry. A 10 day wait until the new one gets here. This will be the first mowing this year. Range grass doesn't grow without rain. We're getting some now.Started to take the Focus in to Showlow to pick up a dog-loo. An igloo looking thing for our pups. Couldn't build a doghouse for what this one cost at Lowes. Slight hitch, though. Had a nearly flat tire. Got it aired up and in to the tire shop, then on to Lowes. Waited 35 minutes at the return desk to return a gallon of Poly the wife thought she needed for the table refinish job.  Then picked up the Dog-loo. Got it out to the car and couldn't get it through the door into the back seat. Woulda fit in the seat, but not through the door! 50 miles and half a day wasted. Wife's going shopping Thursday. We'll take the truck!!!!Tomorrow, unless life interferes, I'll finish that DP table. Gene'The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.' September 10, 201312 yr Did some more planning for the lathe duplicator. Today the neighbors gave me some "old" boards they salvaged from a basement that they are cleaning out- helping a friend. 3/4" Walnut, F4S one piece is 8" wide and 8' long no sap wood others are almost that nice but not as large- but I'm not complaining!
