September 12, 201312 yr Author Great job Adam! Sorry, but for now, no prizes except for the pure satisfaction that you helped me own this tool! It belonged to a buddy of mine, he bought it from a yard sale that a metal worker was holding, so my buddy assumed it was a metal working tool that he'd figure out at a later date. So he brought it into work a couple days ago and asked me if I knew what it was, I was guessing but no luck, so I posted it here and on Facebook and got an answer back from you all. Well I walked over to my buddy's cube at work, and told him what it was, and he stated "Well since you taught me what it is, and since I don't woodwork, here, it's yours!" So, Adam, no prize, but thanks for helping me get a prize!!!! heheheheAdam Welker said: A saw set. It is for setting how far each tooth sits to the side of the blade.
