October 29, 201312 yr comment_7894 I made a Christmas elf pattern the other day for a request, then decided to make a few more. I cut three of them from 1 X pine scraps and finished them with Watco Danish Oil, Dark Walnut. I used a No 5 FD Spiral blade and each elf took about 20 minutes cutting time. They are about 6 inches tall.  I think I will cut some more tomorrow. Here is the first pattern and the cuttings.
