Christmas Elves

Featured Replies

I made a Christmas elf pattern the other day for a request, then decided to make a few more. I cut three of them from 1 X pine scraps and finished them with Watco Danish Oil, Dark Walnut. I used a No 5 FD Spiral blade and each elf took about 20 minutes cutting time. They are about 6 inches tall.

I think I will cut some more tomorrow.

Here is the first pattern and the cuttings.

Those came out real good. Surprising what you can do with a pine board.

Don, cute patterns.  Have downloaded them and will take pix when I'm done.  Have a little show at the end of November that these little guys would be a great addition.  Will be looking forward to seeing the other patterns.  Thanks.

They look fun and adorable. Like your patterns and the finish. Great cutting on those Santa's little helpers.
