I had planned on going to this, but since my son and daughter in law are coming out from Indianapolis for the weekend I am tied up. I have been to a number of these HFOT events for the ground breaking, key ceremony for the completed house as well as helping out on a build and they are a blast! It is a great cause and it means so much to the wounded warriors and their families as well as to the local community. If you have the ability to go it is well worth the time and will change your life.

By the ways I called HFOT yesterday just to make sure the event was still on considering our big storm that is coming through with a ton of rain, the agent told me that Jon Schumacher was ready and he'll be there, so, if our troop is going to brave the storm, who are we not too!!! He'll be there and so will we all! So if anyone is planning on going but questioning the status of the ground breaking due to weather condition, don't, it's on.
