Corian turns well.  I make rings from 1/2" thick Corian scrap.  Stinks a little when turning.  Polishes out well.

I'll describe my methods for turning rings if anyone wants it.

I knew Corian could be turned for sure I just don't do it very much. back when I first started turning pens I did a few. one of which I still have a picture of. This was like pen number 6 i turned so critique doesn't count LOL

It's actually Red Corian which they have very little of anymore it seems, but it looks pink in the sunlight

Oh and the date on the image is wrong too that should read like 2010, yea the camera was crappy LOL
