Taking a day to remember...

I haven't posted here in a while, we've been busy packing up for a move. Soon, My family and I will close on a new house, which means an all new workshop. However, today, we take time to Remember. Two years ago today, half my team died in Afghanistan. Below is a tribute to those men...

Remember that Day

I'll be back to posting in a few weeks, hopefully with pics of a new workshop...and a house comes with it :)

Honorable Salute troop.

Thank you for sharing your feelings, Kevin. I know it isn't easy.

Some say, it brings closure but I don't know. I think the feeling last forever.

God bless and protect our troops that serve so we can be free.

Kevin, I am sorry I missed this on the actual anniversary day, thank you for sharing with us this rare look into a man who has actually been there and back, and has lost as well.

I am honored and humbled that you shared with us here, and I hope by writing as you have it has provided some release, and to have your story out in public and by sharing with us those fine young men who lost their lives, that you may find some peace and ration surrounding this event.

Thank you for your service Kevin, and we'll remember and honor the sacrifices of  CW2 Don Viray, CW2 Nick Johnson, SGT Dean Shaffer and SGT Chris Workman.

Drop in anytime, and share with us, we are here for you.

Brings back memories of a friend who died when his chopper went down in 'Nam. He was fresh out of high school. and had his whole life ahead of him.

Thanks, Kevin. For everything.

Your loss is ours as well. It's an honor to share it.
