May 7, 201412 yr Hi all. I wanted to share one of the items I have been working on the last few days for those that don't use facebook. It's a rolling pin made from maple. The client wanted it for her sister who doesn't know that it's coming. This is the same person that I made a rolling pin for a few weeks ago. It's just under 2" diameter and about 13.5" long. It started out as about a 3" diameter piece /forums/uploads/ning-002-2727-87.jpg"> There's a few more minutes of sanding, then the finish will go on, and allowed to dry. she might actually get it by this weekend. I wanted a full 14" for the piece but the ends were cut at a slight angle so to straighten that out, I lost a bit of length. More when it's done. Thanks for reading.
