I bought nearly $100 from 7-Corners

Featured Replies

Used their website which made me think that the items I ordered were in stock.

The shipping for all of it was $15

Well when my order came it was one lonely $8.00 item for which they billed me $10.00 to ship

I emailed them to see about getting the order corrected.

The answer was that they only had that one item  left and some silliness about the air mail being the cheapest option.

I get that things were hectic when they are in the throes of closing down.

I'm a little mystified that their  inventory was so screwy that their computers were not registering the inventory as it was moving causing the website to be all screwed up but humans err, so I sort of get it.

But not contacting me, not so much as an email, and costing me more than twice the price of one item was irresponsible.

I'm asking them to issue a return authorization with a pre paid ship label

If they refuse -  which they might - I'll just use my AMEX to take my money back.

Meanwhile they haven't assured me that they didn't bill me for the rest of  the $100  worth of stuff they didn't have.

AMEX never leave home without it.

Well, so much for looking at their toys anymore, I mean tools!
