At it again?    One garage sale had a Samson 8012 "drill"ning-imag0086-2039-7.jpg?width=750A cordless one at that ( $1.50 as marked)   ning-imag0082-2039-67.jpg?width=750Supposed to ratchet?    Bit is the only one I have, at the moment.   Another Barn sale had STACKS of hardwood lumber in it, and not a single stick for sale......DRAT!     Another Rumage sale had a "Handsander"ning-imag0083-2039-88.jpg?width=750Suppose this will compete with my Red B&D Dragster?   These used a roll that sat in a hollow area about where that round part is on the silver area.   Spring wire in back, and that lever looking thing in front to hold the paper.   This one may need a new rubber pad on the bottom..

They also had a drill, with a cord on itning-imag0084-2039-58.jpg?width=750Powrkraft Drill.  No reverse on this one, though...  ning-imag0085-2039-77.jpg?width=750Cord might need a wee bit of work??   One more look at the Cordless Drillning-imag0086-2039-53.jpg?width=750Kind of slim pickings today....

Nice score! I still have my original craftsman brace and bit set I got as a junior in high school.

Well, after a bit of wire wheel work at the drill press, a bit of 3in1 oil in the moving parts areas, this might actually start to look just a bit betterning-imag0085-2042-62.jpg?width=721Nice sunny day out, might as well make use of it.   Almost finish with the clean-up.   I do NOT want to take this apart to clean the rest up.   Way too many small, loose parts to loose.   It will even make a holening-imag0082-2042-81.jpg?width=721once a bit is installed.    Not to bad a drillning-imag0081-2042-64.jpg?width=721Big knob on the end is supposed to be Lignum V.    (can't spell today..)   Very dense hardwood.   Spinner handle looks like a rosewood....

Not counting the bit, this drill costs a whopping $1.50

Nice score Steve. I'll try to share a few of my finds when I get back from therapy.
