Patriot Picking

Featured Replies

Here are a few of the items I was able to pick up a few weekends ago. So interesting items and this is just a few of the items I found.

ning-may2014picking-2002-66.jpgOn the left is a Craftsman No. 78 Plane, in the Middle is a Foster Aluminum Plane and on the right is a Stanley No.190. I found this really neat old wood and Iron pulley.

The Craftsman

Wooden Pulley

The only markings I could find on the Wooden Pulley were a Star on one side of the hook.

ning-pulley10-2002-65.jpgOther than than it is just one of those cool old items.

So those are a few of the item I have found while out lately. I'll have some more information on them in the weeks to come.

Thanks Fred. I find a lot of things I have not even posted. You would just be surprised what all you can find. I never realized it myself until I started paying attention.

ROFL

Your right Steve, I would have to roll Frank for his job or Ford would have to give them a bigger van with three wide seats!

Just finished my Picking for today:

Three sanding belt singles at Harbour freight.   Kept b!tching about not getting any single belts at the BORGS.    Spent a litle over a dollar a piece for them.

Just beat out a sniper on the FeeBay.     Won a Stanley Jack, a block plane, an eggbeater drill, and a kit to make a wood jawed 12" clamp.   I have to supply the jaws, of course...
