I made a fun windmill several years ago and the weather had taken its toll on the wooden parts. I remade another one out of the old one, however the only thing I reused was the roller skate wheel that the blades fit in. The rest are new, including the Styrofoam blades and tail fin. This is a prototype and will be revised. It is really working good,  but since I made it of Styrofoam poster board That has paper on both sides. I did paint it but in this high altitude (Denver) The sun's rays are very destructive.

That is a cool windmill. It looked at first like you had taken an old box fan apart and used the blades from that
