New Yankee site down

Featured Replies

I haven't been on the New Yankee site in a little while but with nothing on TV I decided I would watch a couple of old on-line New Yankee videos.

Maybe I missed this in an old post but anyone got any idea when it went off line and if it is now gone for good?

There are a bunch of them on youtube...but....you have to know what title to ask for. Like "How to build (insert project name here) and a whole raft of them pop up. Haven't even been to Norm's site in a couple years....I think I went to the This Old House site a few times....

They are moving to more than one Youtube channel, the recycling of videos our tax dollars already paid for is kind of upsetting and I've already contacted some of the woodworking sites that are doing this, i.e. Roy's public vids.

Just been watching Norm do a blanket chest..

Steve link don't work. I agree though, I enjoyed watching Norm do his thing. I have a few of his videos, just wished I had the complete collection. Roy Underhill is another great one to watch.

Not sure IF that is a link, or a title to the site that shows the videos... I had to hunt around a bit to find them.
