The GySgt Brian Meyer's Groundbreaking Ceremony on August 2nd is about 45-60 minutes down the I-15 from me so hopefully Tami and I will be able to make it. But we may not as we will have just gotten back from our Indiana trip on August 1st, so we will see. The SPC Fidel Bobadilla Groundbreaking Ceremony on August 9th is too far away for us as it is in central California just south of Fresno Calif. so no way for us.

Tami and I love going to the HFOT events whenever we can as they are always a blast and it is a great thing to come out and support these wounded warriors for all that they have done for us. If anyone lives close enough to one of these HFOT events I would urge you to go and support them. Once you go to one you will want to go to more of them. Being in August you best remember to bring a hat and some sun screen as you will be outside with minimal shade.

Copy that on Allen's statement, once you go to one you'll want to attend more, the folks you meet are cream of the crop, the gang at Homes For Our Troops are awesome and you get to meet the true heroes of our nation. It is truly a celebrity fest of real heroes, Superman and Spiderman got nothing on these guys, your kids will love it!

Would love to be there but there's that distance thing dog gone it.
