September 20, 201411 yr nice circle trammel. How does it lock in the diameter? I don't see an knob to fix the relationship of the arm on the center part.
September 20, 201411 yr Author Cliff, the pivot is a 5/16" bolt with the head cut off. At the base of the threads is a washer that is ground to fit into a slot. On top of the bolts is a wing not and washer to lock it all together. To adjust it you just loosen the wing nut and slide the pin to the desired radius and lock it back down with the wing nut.
