August 14Aug 14 comment_379953 The first outlet cover doesn't work with the wall it would have gone on. So I developed this pattern instead.Anyone have suggestions for for lightly bendind the masonite so it will fit flat against the wall? The fish pattern is by Steve Good, My plan is to paint the spots on the cover grey to match the wall and add a red splash along the horizontal detail with glitter paint. August 16Aug 16 Author comment_380051 I watched a YouTube video of a gentlemen bending masonite using an ammonia based cleaner (Windex, original). I soaked the back of the masonite with the Windex, used the jig and set it outside, it rained all night and the fish is drying. Since all I'm trying to get is the outlet cover to lay flat, I fairly sure this will work. I'll post one more follow-up when I've got it mounted. 🙂 Report
August 16Aug 16 comment_380053 I would have never thought that would work! I hope that doesn't come out curved the other direction. Report
