1 hour ago1 hr I love those old sailing ships!As a really young kid, I started building plastic models. Mostly flight oriented stuff. Sometime junior high, I got hooked on sailing ships. Built the Cutty Sark- Still have it! Along the way another Cutty Sark, the Thermopylae, two USS Constitutions and the CSS Alabama.What I loved about the builds was how the instructions were a history book on the ships parts/functions. Always wanted to build the actual wooden version but anymore with my patience and shaking hands it would be too frustrating.
