Had a request from a guy in North Dakota who wanted to know if I could make him a buffalo nickel for his office a little bigger than the 7" ones I offer. Sure - - I can do that. He bought a 24x24x1.5" walnut countertop (walnut ain't cheap) and said as big as possible. After staring at it a few days worrying about screwing up a 2 sided carve I got the nerve to try it. Finished size was just over 23" across - he wants to finish it himself to match his walnut office decor.

Excellent work as usual! Whatever you do, turn down any future request for a piggy back your client wants to hold that coin. ;)
