5 hours ago5 hr A couple of years ago, I bought one of these, found it on sale for $10 and planned to take on a mission trip as an "extra wide miter saw:" I could have easily made something similar but figure my time (and material) was worth more than $10. I ended up not going on the trip, and it's been sitting since. But I used it yesterday to cut some 12" wide shelving and it worked great. I see though, that it's been discontinued. I asked Kreg customer support if there was a problem or recall with it and they said, no, it just was not selling very well. RIP. I will call it my "poor man's miter saw."
