May 4May 4 I've commented on the vise thingy that used to be "it slices, it dices" that I used to see at woodworking shows back in the '80s. Someone gave me one a few years ago and I use it occassionaly, typically off-site. https://www.homeshow.co.nz/ Well, I went to the church's rummage sale Saturday and found a food chopper that I bought, since our old one broke. Oddly enough it's a Zyliss and doing some research, that company is now largely cooking items.

May 6May 6 My father gave me one he bought in an estate sale. I bought the accessory pack at a trade show. Then I found another in a yard sale.I don't use them a lot but they are a nice vise to have on hand. Maybe now that I have the manual I can figure out some more uses for them.
May 8May 8 Oliver Equipment Co was doing the same thing in the 1990's, they had gone from woodworking machinery to commercial food prep equipment.
