January 29Jan 29 Popular Post Well its too cold to go to the garage and finish the storage support for the shopsmith so I decited to start a project I could do in the house. The project is a upgrade to the miter gauge. The upgrade to the hold down gives a knob to tighten the hold down bar in place but I thought it was too expensive (I guess iam cheap), so I decited to make one using my three d printer. Attached are photos of the finished project. If anyone ie interested I can post the 3d files.
January 30Jan 30 Author Hi LewThe square bolt is a original part on the shopsmith, I just reused it. And you are right this is the only place I have ever seen one.
