C has a really nice curve but like Lew I think the others may be more traditional.

C is the one I like. 

I'll go with "C"...I always went with "C" on a multiple test quiz when I really didn't know the answer.

Making planes, I usually go with "C" because I feel it's structurally stronger where the hammer meets the wedge's curve to the flat slope. On the others, too hard of a tap to remove wedge could snap it off. But I usually remove a wedge by tapping on top in front. I also provide strike buttons for this.
