We lover our pets and this one hits home for many of us here!" I was reflecting on my woodworking projects and they seem to fall into three categories - home related (furniture, storage, organization), gifts (frames, boxes, trivets), and dog stuff. This last category combines two of my loves - woodworking and dogs. A win win. Here's some of my pup projects. Teetertotter Puppy stage wasnt so good for my prototype of a raised dish holder 🤣 Holder for combs by the entry door Originally used for storing various dog items (since repurposed) Dog bed Treat box

November 10, 2025Nov 10 Popular Post Excellent work Barbara. A house without a dog it not a home. Ours is an Australian Shepherd. We have no sheep for her to herd so she herds the cats or at least they let her think she does.😀 Thanks for sharing your projects and your "furkids."

I grew up with German Shepherds so was pretty natural to stick with that breed. Currently have our fifth. Last month we lost our older girl to cancer (just a few weeks past her 9th birthday) so we are adjusting to a smaller pack. Tough to say the goodbye but so many great memories!
