Blue Spruce Toolworks customer service

I was browsing the Blue Spruce Toolworks web site the other day, checking the price on their 12" pull saw, hoping for a sale price. Well, no sale price, so I clicked off. The next day, I received an email from BST stating that they noticed I had left their web site rather quickly. I imagine most of us have received similar emails. They wanted to know if there was something they could do. I replied yes, they could sell me the 12" pull saw for the sale price they had listed on their site for the 8" gents saw. Or, I then suggested, that they could throw in their saw holster for free. I really didn't expect even an answer, let alone agreeing to my offer. To my surprise, they agreed to add the holster for free. All I had to do was order the pull saw at the regular price, and send them the order number. So I did. When I received an email confirming my order and their addition to my order, they had added the holster and one of their signature coffee mugs to the order. So with their permission, I am praising their customer service here. Customer service from anybody these days that is worthy of praise is extremely rare. Their tools are good, although rather pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Thanks for the review and sharing your experience Tom.

Good to hear from you again. Hope all is well with you.

Thanks, Tom, for the kudos to BST. I get their emails but never bought from them. May have to rethink that. I never realized they are owned by Woodpecker Tools.
