March 8, 2025 I had the opportunity to attend a workshop hosted by the St. Louis Woodworkers Guild where Philip Morley was the guest, and he presented his furniture builds and demonstrated the lumber core process.  He also demonstrated hand tool usages and the use of the bandsaw & the router table.  Philip provided an exciting weekend.  His demonstration was enlightening, entertaining, informative, and full of tips and tricks.  Everyone left the Saturday event energized.   Philip is preparing to be the lead instructor for the comprehensive nine-month program at the Center for furniture craftsmanship in Rockport Maine starting this September.  Philip moved from Texas to Maine in 2024.  He recently was juried into the New Hampshire furniture Masters.  You can see more of him at https://www.philipmorleyfurniture.com/ and
